Thank you for shopping with A&D Designs! Here's everything you need to know about our shipping process.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping Carriers We ship using USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Shipping Restrictions At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Lost or Stolen Packages A&D Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. You are also welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Damaged in Shipping If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos.
