We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at addesignsshop@gmail.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Final sale items
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. Each claim will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will determine at that time whether the claim will be accepted.
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges, but if you'd like to inquire about a different item, please don't hesitate to contact us, and we'll do our best to help.
